To ensure we can craft the most beautiful arrangement for you, we recommend placing orders at least a week in advance. This gives our florist the time needed to create the best product and allows our driver to deliver your arrangement in a timely manner. For same-day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10am. Deliveries typically occur during business hours from 12pm to 6 pm.

If you are interested in a specific time frame, please call our store (510)778-1678 to guarantee your delivery time.

We deliver to certain cities within our delivery zone, which can be found on our website. If your location is outside of our delivery zone, please contact us for further assistance. Delivery fees may vary based on your location and the size of your order.

We will make every effort to deliver your order at the agreed-upon date and time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or traffic conditions.

5. Holiday Policy

To secure your order, please place orders during the designated pre-order time frame. Product supplies and availability to accept orders is very limited. Due to the high volume of holiday season orders, we are unable to provide specific delivery times. Our dedicated drivers will be delivering your beautiful arrangements between 9am and 6pm. We strongly recommend calling our store (510)778-1678 to place your order and ensure your delivery.

6. Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. In the rare case that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order. We may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion, depending on the situation.

7. Substitution Policy

To guarantee a fresh and beautiful arrangement, our florist may replace specific flowers and colors while preserving the intended design. Substitutions occur when certain flowers are unavailable and are replaced with seasonal alternatives, closely adhering to the original design. Please note that flowers vary in shapes, sizes, and colors throughout the year, and some arrangements may appear smaller or larger than shown in the image. Any substitutions will closely mirror the original design and maintain equal or greater value.​​

Custom orders for floral arrangements are accepted but are subject to specific terms and pricing. Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Any changes to custom orders must be requested and approved in advance.
